Absolutely. We don’t use refined sugar. Our cookies are sweetened with allulose, lo han guo, and a hint of stevia.

IS YUMKIES DAIRY FREE?

No, we use dairy to achieve our rich, indulgent flavor. We currently don't offer dairy-free options.

IS YUMKIES EGG-FREE?

No, we use eggs to create the perfect texture for our cookies.

IS YUMKIES NUT-FREE?

No, our cookies are made with nut flours and are not suitable for those with nut allergies.

WHAT TYPE OF FACILITY IS YUMKIES PRODUCED IN WHEN I PURCHASE AN ORDER?

Yumkies are made in a commercial kitchen in Texas. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, our baked goods are prepared in facilities that handle common allergens such as milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of these allergens.

ARE YUMKIES PRODUCTS VEGAN?

No, our cookies contain both dairy and eggs.

WHERE DO I STORE MY YUMKIES?

Our cookies come in sealed bags. Enjoy them within a week for the best taste. If you want to keep them longer, freeze them for up to 3 months.

HOW LONG ARE YUMKIES GOOD FOR?

For the freshest experience, enjoy our cookies within a week of arrival. Need to savor them later? They freeze perfectly for up to 3 months.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON'T PLAN TO EAT ALL MY COOKIES?

Freeze them right away to keep them fresh for up to 3 months.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can attempt to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, but if we are preparing it we won’t be able to offer a refund. Just email us at support@yumkies.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

DO YOU OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
