Returns & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales on Yumkies.com are final. Once an order is in processing, no returns, refunds, or cancellations will be permitted. We strive to provide expedited processing and will do our best to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled. To increase the chances of successful accommodation, please contact us as soon as possible.
All items are sold as-is, with no refunds, cancellations, or modifications.
Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, and we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, our Customer Support team will assist in finding an appropriate solution. Please contact us at support@yumkies.com within 2 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
Order Change Requests
We are unable to make product modifications on orders once they are placed, and our fulfillment center is not equipped to handle special requests. All products will ship as ordered.
If you need to modify the gift message or shipping information, please submit the changes within 2 business days of placing your order. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee that all modifications can be made. The sooner we receive your request, the better.
If you contact us after 2 business days, changes are unlikely to be possible.
